The World Around Us

This incorporates aspects of History, Geography and Science and Technology.  Using a mainly topic-based approach, children are helped to develop the skills necessary to be able to find out about and learn from, events in the past and present and the way of life in other parts of the world.  They will explore how the actions and discoveries of people have affected the lives of others positively or negatively.
