Important School News
Open Afternoon:
Friday 16th April 2010 from 2.30 – 4.30pm
Open Morning:
Saturday 17th April 2010 from 10.00am – 12.00noon
Children will go home at 12.10pm on the Friday. Choir members are expected to return to perform.
Other children are welcome with their parents.
Please invite anyone you think may be interested.
EARRINGS
The ears of girls which were pierced during the summer should now be healed, so no one should be wearing earrings with or without sticking plasters covering.
PREP. 1 2010
Interviews for children not currently at Pre-prep. will take place in November. Please ask anyone who may be interested to contact the office as soon as possible as we have had a lot of applications and they could miss out on a place if they come forward too late.
CHILDREN IN NEED
In order to raise money for this good cause, a non-uniform day will be held on Friday 20th November. A donation of £1 per child is required, if participating.
“PINOCCHIO”
This was an excellent and highly enjoyable production and we hope to invite the company to return in the future.
BOYS’ HAIRSTYLES
Boys are required to keep their hair short and tidy, clear of their collar and of their eyes. Any exaggerated hairstyles are unacceptable.
AFTER-SCHOOL CHILDMINDING
Due to increased interest, we have expanded our childminding service and can now offer extra places each day in our 2.30 – 5.30pm session. Please telephone Mrs Sempey on 02890 779927 to check availability and to reserve places.

Parents are reminded that children should not bring these to school. If your child goes somewhere after school when a mobile may be required, it should be brought to school switched off and remain packed in a bag (with a change of clothes, for example) throughout the school day.

These will finish in week beginning 23rd November, except choir which will continue until the Carol Service and:

- Spanish finishes on Thursday 10th December for Prep. 1 and Preps. 4-7
- Spanish finishes on Friday 11th December for Preps. 2 and 3
